We have our own maintenance teams that are available to handle any approved issues for an excellent price and in a timely manner.

We handle rent, deposits, monthly owner statements, collections, evictions, etc...

We have a flawless system for finding great tenants. We are able to list your properties on famous websites as: Zillow, Trulia, Lovely, etc. We are very selective with our applications. We are able to pull credit reports, criminal history, eviction/dispossessory history and run complete background checks. We personally speak to the applicant’s previous landlord and current employer for verification.
